I got the idea from someone else here, don't remember who. Keep Pep this year and trade him before the trade deadline next season once he's shown he's healthy. A conditional 3rd rounder sucks. If he doesn't get healthy we haven't lost anything, Wilf may lose a boat load of cash but the team will be fine. The Least! we should do is hold him until draft day unless someone steps up before hand with some real value.

do you think his trade value will increase any after/if wilf pays him his big bonus? cuz then other teams wont have to worry about it
