Q&A With Oscar Reed
I contacted Oscar Reed today, who some of you may or may not know, used to invite me and my mother to training camp with him and Earsall Mackbee.
Oscar Reed was a running back for the Minnesota Vikings from 1968-1974, which for you old farts means he was there for two of our Super Bowl teams.
He has agreed to do a Q&A for my blog, so feel free to suggest some questions for Oscar here, I will be submitting them to him via email later tonight.
Thanks again

Re: Q&A With Oscar Reed
In his opinion, which of the teams he played on was the best?
Who was his favorite blocker (to run behind) on the OL?
What was the hardest hit he ever took, and who hit him?
Who was the nastiest offensive lineman on the Vikes during his playing days?
How did he like playing with Chuck Foreman?Any man who afflicts the human race with ideas must be prepared to see them misunderstood. - H.L. Mencken

Re: Q&A With Oscar Reed
What do you think about the Vikings' personnel moves in the past couple seasons?
What is your outlook for the Vikings' 2008 season?
What player did you most idolize growing up?
Who's your favorite player to watch today?
What do you think is going happen to Brett Favre? haha... jk.Disclaimer: I'm an idiot.

Re: Q&A With Oscar Reed
Does he have any comments on the Vikings need of a new Stadium?
Would he like to see it stay undercover or open air stadium again, like the old Met?

Re: Q&A With Oscar Reed
1.) Given the recent saga with Favre, what was it that made you knew you were ready for retirement?
2.) Did the women flock to you as a pro football player?
Or because of the rumor that your hung like an
f-ing donkey?
