Which Players on the board look good for Day Two?

Obviously, RB, WR, CB are not likely to be picked EARLY on DAY TWO.

Weak areas that need to be addressed: RG, RT, Kickoff specialist...

    Obvious suggestion:

Josh Beekam, OG, BC - plays RG, and can also play C

When we stop to think about it, most folks behavior isn't perplexing after all !

I think we will get a DE, OG, and DT.
Hopefully the DT is the monster BUBBA guy!

we'll probably pick up a DE/pass rusher somewhere along the way as well.

I think we take the BPA except ignore RB, DB, and QB.

On my list, that makes the following some potential choices:

    Josh Beekman
    OG

    Boston College
    Aundrae Allison WR
    East Carolina
    Doug Free
    OT

    N.
    Illinois
    Brian Robison DE
    Texas
    Brandon Siler
    LB
    Florida
    Ryan McBean
    DT
    OK St.
    Jay Moore
    DE
    Nebraska
    Paul Soliai
    DT
    Utah
    Scott Chandler TE
    Iowa
    Tim Shaw
    LB
    Penn St.
    Baraka Atkins
    DE
    Miami (FL)

    Just some possibilities.

I think we take BPA, but it'd be really nice to pick up Beekman and then get a solid DT to back up the Williams' in the 4th round.

We have enough "okay" defensive ends . . .
another one from here on out isn't so big a deal to me.

TE will have to wait anothee year. there isnt anyone even worth drafting.
after a great day one, we just need to fill up the depth chart tommorow with the best player avaible at the time of our picks
    We're bringing purple back.

With the 1st 4th round pick we shore up the right side of the o-line, with the 2nd we get a decent TE. Maybe a DE if there is still a good one out there. Seems like there have been a ton selected alreay.

I know we need help at the DE position but i think if we wait till the 7th round there will be two studs to choose from Xzavie Jackson from Missouri and Antwan Barnes from Florida International but if we pick earlier i like Brian Robison from Texas

I'd rather us use our two 4ths, 5th and 6th rounders on our offensive line and a TE

    i like...

    OT
Doug Free - N. Illinois (stud)
    Adam Koets - Oregon State
    Brandon Frye - V-Tech

    OG
beekman - BC, Wrotto - GT, M. Ramirez - TT, Mike JOnes - Iowa

    OC
harris - NC state, Mozes, WV, Datish - OSU, S. Stephenson - ISU, Fry - clemson

    TE
Patrick - Delaware, Milner - Georgia, Chandler - Iowa
but i really like Kevin Boss out of Western Oregon for a 7th rounder or FA pickup

I want Aundrae Allison and maybe Josh Beekman if he drops to the other 4th rounder. That would be ideal. Pretty much a WR, OL, DE, and maybe another WR or CB in the 7th.

i have a magazine that rates DE 25 players deep and there is no one left with less than 4.8 speed, i think we are out of luck on a good pass rusher, we might have to take a Tweener LB/DE combo guy that can help out on both spots if Chad Greenway doesn't live up to his standards.
