I really doubt the Vikes take a LB with their first pick...but we'll just have to wait and see.

Yeah, I don't think he did that good of a job on that. I don't think Kelly will fall to the Packers either. He's just saying random things here.

EJ had a legitimate pro-bowl claim this year and our LB corp is our strength right now (depth is an issue but you don't use a 1st rounder for depth)...

Even though I don't agree with most of his picks for any of the conferences he has projected, I do believe that the staff will get guys most of us want.

Almost every mock I see out there that is developed by a guy like me has us taking a WR or DE.

Why would we reach in the 2nd to draft a weak draft of LBs...

Are you saying they need to draft one in the 1rst?

I don't think we go after a LB on the first day at all.
We might go for a kid in the later rounds of day 2 though.

I don't think we go after a LB on the first day at all.
We might go for a kid in the later rounds of day 2 though.

I hope it is J Leman from Illinois if we do!
I think Ben Moffit from USF is pretty decent too, but I guess he had a bad Senior Bowl so he may be a project.

There is no way the vikes would reach for a LB in round 1.
I have said before that i could see them take a LB in round 1 but only if it was one of the top prospects falling to 17 such as keith rivers.
