This. We are very set at CB IMO. I think the staff is hoping for Cook to step up and have Cook and Griffin start with Toine in the nickel and Allen playing the dime. That is a very solid group of four.
No super-elite guy for sure, but a solid group.

Keeping in mind, Griffin might never return to his old self. Two torn ACLs is not something that helps a DB's career.

Yeah ... I am definitely keeping that in mind. But at this point, we just have to hope he is good to go.

Osi is going to cost us more in draft picks and salary that Ray would have cost us to keep so I am not sure how this would be a good option.

The first thing we need is to increase the quality and depth of the OL and the secondary.

Whats the deal with Ngata? You want to spend on the DL go get him instead of resigning Evans like they did.

Cat (Evans) couldn't even make the active roster on a consistent basis last year.

Why the hell do you keep talking about Ngata like he is available?

He was franchised and there is no chance the Ravens are trading him.

Ahh no thanks. Talk about wasting a first rounder. Remember the last washed up Eagles CB we brought in. He was really good :S Asante is better than Lito, but not worth a first rounder. There are plenty of CB's on the market that are very close to Asante or we can wait till the draft, but I do agree we need help in the secondary. Samuel is just not it.

I would be SO mad if we gave up even a 2nd round pick for samuel let alone a first.
