Ok people.....the ultimate trade chain
[b]Alright here it goes......
1. After Culpepper left minny on tuesday pissed, we come in contact with the cardinals and denny green.
2. We trade c-pep to arizona for at least their 1st rounder.
3.Texans are reportedly interested in troy williamson.....
4. We package troy and our 2 first rounders for the #1 overall pick.
5. We draft bush, and dump ontario, bennett, and moe.
5. Zygi makes a huge splash in the nfl with positive news, Childress gets his westcoast back.
6. Brad johnson holds down the fort with some added offensive weapons and a rebuilt/healthy line.
As much as I like c-pep, i lost alot of respect for him with all this crap he's pulling. And i just really want a reggie bush jersey."Straight cash homie" -Mo$$

Re: Ok people.....the ultimate trade chain
That's true but I doubt the vikes were expecting koren to emerge when they drafted troy.....actually they hadnt even signed him yet. Plus travis taylor for the most part was better then expected. But ya it's always easier said then done. But it'd be pretty sick.

And i do beleive it was tice that pulled the trigger on troy last year. Childress dont give a **** about tice's guys, this is his team now lol. And if he wants the bombass westcoast runningback, then he'll ship off troy for him.

Re: Ok people.....the ultimate trade chain
Ok first I dont know if we could get a first rounder straight up for Culpepper. Second, the only reason, if I'm reading these reports accurately, the only reason Houston is interested in Williamson is because he would be a good return for Davis if they draft Bush. Moe and Bennett most likely won't be back anyway and Onterrio probably won't be immediately ready for action, so yes from that point it would be good. According to other reports I've heard Brad Johnson is looking for elsewhere to play where he might actually start. So, essentially the planets would have to allign to have this trade go down.

Re: Ok people.....the ultimate trade chain
Since Troy was a top 10 draft pick last year, you are essentially trading 2 top 10 picks and another top 20 pick for one guy.
Seems like someone didn't learn from the Herschel Walker trade.
Basically, you are giving up your franchise QB, a top 10 pick that could develop into a very good receiver, another top 10 pick, and a top 20 pick FOR ONE GUY.
I'm not even convinced that he is going to be all that good. I think he'll be a pretty decent running back, but no Barry Sanders. And to give up everything that you're suggesting when we could give up nothing and get Deangelo Williams or Lendale White would be stupid.
Thanks PPE for the sig.

I agree...I would rather get DeAngelo than Bush...I think that he will be just as good IN THE NFL...BUT I WOULD trade TWill for Davis straight up and then ditch Bennett and Onterrio. Let Moe come back if he wants to...but I feel that he will retire...so let's let him retire as a VIKING!!!Since Troy was a top 10 draft pick last year, you are essentially trading 2 top 10 picks and another top 20 pick for one guy.
