Well the NFL 08' season starts in the beginning of March, which is the start of free agency starts as well.

Last year the FA period officially began on March 2nd.
But I wasn't able to find the official date for this year's FA after a quick Google.
Maybe I will look more later, but yeah, it will be early March sometime.
