Official: The Vikings have the 12th overall pick
I am not a fan of Locker, from alot of reviews i have been reading about him they compare him to a derek anderson type qb. his stats have fallen, since his junior year. his rating, completion %, yards have all dropped this year. hes had some god awful games (He was 4/20 (20%) vs. Nebraska; 10/21 (40%) vs UCLA; 5/16 (31.3%) vs. Nebraska in the bowl game).

I actually followed a bit of college ball this year, because of my location, the team I followed was the Hookies.

I think he is an option but not at 12, nor as a guy who can come in right now and lead a team at the level that one of the top 2 or 3 guys in this draft.
Probably more polished than Webb, but not as ready as a TJ at this point. Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.

Just another shitty article from the Bleacher Report.

He looked like crap in his bowl game. No thanks. They can have him. I want a winner. I wish we could trade up for Luck, that guy is impressive!

There is a ZERO percent chance that Tyrod Taylor goes in the first two rounds of the draft.

Absolutely, completely, no chance what-so-ever.
I would also point out that most think he is a NFL wide receiver project. Though we have seen how that worked before.

I agree on Luck, but are you saying that all the other "First round" guys aren't worth taking?

Agree. My guess he will go someplace in the 6th or 7th if he gets drafted at all.

Gabbert is very interesting no doubt and I definitely would not hate the pick. There are already a few mocks that have him falling to us, but I think when it is said and done he will likely move up to the No. 2 QB on the board. Which means we hope that Mallet, Newton or Locker fall to us at No. 12.

With the way QBs have been falling in the draft I feel we will easily be able to grab a QB if we want at 12
There are many teams that pull out early surprise picks looking for that huge splash..
I think Mallet will be there and i'd like to grab him
