Both quarterbacks praised rookie receiver Percy Harvin, who the Vikings selected No. 22 overall in this year's draft. In just three days of practice, Jackson has already seen how dangerous of a receiver Harvin can be.
â€He’s a very talented guy. He’s paying attention to detail, the little things, and it’s going to carry over for him," Jackson said. "Everybody knows he’s a very explosive player. I know the guys, we’re going to love having him out here. Like a new toy, just want to try him out and get him the ball as much as possible.â€

Percy Harvin said he hasn't played in this style of offense, but he is getting used to working at all the different positions.

As expected, DE Kenechi Udeze is attending OTAs and working out. CB Charles Gordon is also attending but not participating.
Judd said he picked Rosenfels in his Twitter, but in the blog he says it was TJack (and he nearly picked off Sage).

Cornerback Benny Sapp had an active day. He intercepted a Tarvaris Jackson pass in 7-on-7 drills and he nearly picked off a Sage Rosenfels pass in team period.Zeus wrote:

Re: Official OTA/Minicamp Thread
Finally some football news, with something different...ah. It's been a long offseason, and it's great to hear something aside from who may come out of retirement. Percy could be the spark that puts that KAO into gear. I'm excited to hear about position battle's, and am looking forward to the team the Vikes will field this season.

being quick in uncovered half-speed practices does not equate to real in-game anything.
