    Odom our next option?

But according to this he has a visit to the Bungles next

    http://news.enquirer.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/AB/20080301/SPT02/803010437/

Tennessee Titans defensive end Antwan Odom will visit the Bengals on Sunday.

It will be his first free-agency visit.

Odom, a four-year veteran from Alabama, is a 274-pound defensive end who had a career-high eight sacks last season for the Titans.

The more I read about him he seems like the next best option, but if he is on the Vikes radar they need to move fast.

I think he would be a good fit at the LDE position.

Meh, he is an average NFL starter and definitely not worth the scratch we'd likely have to pay to sign him.

Since we missed out on Smith I'd say hold off on signing one until things cool down in the market a bit, and focus on it in the draft.

That is not exactly building through the draft. We can get better for cheaper at 17

Takes time to build through the draft. With our run defense near #1 now & some aging players, we need to move now

I agree but wouldn't be to upset if they picked him up as well as a guy at 17.

We trade-up and draft Vernon Gholston and put him at DE.
