You mean like 16-0 Cancer Randy Moss?

Take Randy out of the Patriots and put him on a different team and it would be a different story, I guarantee.

since when did the local press get credibility
Just making the point that if the local press thinks he's a jerk and a detriment to the team why would we want to get him?

Re: Ocho Cinco in Purple and Gold?

I would love to have Cinco on our team.
It would give one of our worst positions, WR,capable of better production.
It seems we need all pro help in either QB, DE, or WR. If not then get a better CB to help with pass defense.
So my hope is to land either Cinco, McNabb, A Samuel, or maybe evan Marcus Trufant of Seattle.
We have young players that have solidified their postions for years to come.
Dont count on the draft, we need more vets at this point at important positions.
So Im willing to hope they give up a 17th overall pick and a third or 4th for a big name star.
Just imagine the pity on ourselves if we see McNabb in a Berars uniform!

According to most here the press doesnt know anything. So that must mean he isnt a cancer. He would be a GREAT addition, even for a 2nd and 3rd. I think hed be great for morale, esp. if our no name QB could get him the ball. Hes a proven big strong reciever with decent hands. What more could we want? Draft one and 5 yrs from now it may pan out? Ocho on one side, Rice on the other. Even TJ would have to be able to hit one of them every once in a while.
