    No more Brady Quinn Talk!!!!!!!!!

I been watching these forums and going to draft sites.
One thing that pisses me off is everyone picking Brady Quinn for the vikings.
I love Brady Quinn and I think he is a great player.
My point probably will be mute since Browns will probably take him.
I see people picking Quinn,Jarrett,Ginn for us. They are good players but not what we need.
    Peterson would fit,Landry,Adams would fit.
We don't need a QB on the first day.
Alot of these people doing mock drafts must be on crack or something. They have
    us picking all these
    crazy players or
players in 4th or 5th round who proably be gone by the end of the 1st or second round.
Please people open your eyes and think before
    you write something
    down.
    Thanks

You are entitled to your opinion, that being said so is anybody else that posts on here. For you to say open your eyes and think before you write something down is very ignorant. Many people have every right to think we should draft Brady Quinn, simply because you do not feel it is. Its funny the of the three people you mentioned two of them are at a position of far less need(Safety and RB) than a quarterback or wide receiver.
One more thing...if your sick of all the Brady Quinn talk, why start a new topic?

If the Vikings do stay at 7,peterson,Landry,Adams or even Okoye should be there. Even though we have depth at safety and corner and decent
    ends
these would be great pick ups.
Why pick a Qb when we could pick up depth for our line or even secondary.
might as well draft a kicker or something it would be a wasted pick if we picked Quinn with the first pick, unless we trade jackson.
I just hope we dont screw up this draft.
If we get the good quality players,we should do fine.

I don't really want Brady Quinn but I can totally understand if we were to pick him. He is the big college player who is apparently "Pro-ready". IMO he would make fans show up for the games. Pre-season he was the clear #1 pick in the draft and until Jamarcus Russell (overrated) suddenly bursted onto the scene, almost all mock drafts had him going to the raiders.

The coaches know more than any of us. If we pick Brady Quinn there is clearly something wrong with Tarvaris and he isn't the QB of the future. They see these guys in practice every day. They are going to pick the player that they believe will help the vikings the most. Will that player help us the most? Who knows..

Cracks me up when people with less then 5 post decide to call out all of PPO.
Just guessing by the responses that you might try taking some of your own advice...."Think before you write something down".

I'd much rather see the Packers miss the playoffs because of their talent then because of their injuries.

I'm not doing any mock drafts but I am on crack! You will have to go to the 'cheer up Vikings fans' thread to find the kind of crack I'm on though!

If they take Quinn I will be very surprised but not dissappointed. I doubt it will happen.

As far as taking players in the 4th
or 5th round who will be gone, I have no clue what you are talking about.

There are those who " have eyes but cannot see".

    So welcome to the site,lol.

    I look forward to enlightenment.
