    NFLN vs. ESPN

I actually ended up watching more of NFLN coverage this year compared to ESPN. I thought they had much better coverage this year for the first time since they started covering the draft as well

I like ESPN alot better.. they have better "experts" like Jaws..

I cant stand Charles Davis, guy knows nothing.. Mayock is good but Charles Davis kills it for me..

I like ESPNs layout much better also.. ESPN it is..

I wish I had the choice...we can't get NFLN with Time Warner Cable. :-[

Exactly i can't stand NFLN Communists.
Eventually they will take all of the competitiveness out of NFL broadcasting.

I have been watching mostly NFLN.

Jaws is greate but I for one like Mayock over Kiper and like the way they break more of the players down than ESPN and include information/explanations on technical things like a 5 gap vs a 3 gap DE (RDE/LDE).
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg

I thought they did a better job at breaking down the players as well

    Re: NFLN vs. ESPN

I don't get ESPN so I can only comment on NFLN.

Mayock knows what he's talking about but he was so annoying in Round 1.
If a pick was a surprise, he'd have that "I told you so attitude" even though he hadn't even mentioned the possibility of that certain position, let alone the player, being drafted.
I can't think of a direct example, but if you look back you'll see what I mean.
Esp. around the back half of the round.

Biilick looked a little dazed, not as much furrow in the brow as he did on the sidelines, but when he finally chose to speak, his info was relevant.

Schefter's inside info. took a lot of the drama of a few picks away.
    That cocky little @#$%

I have to say good coverage, all-in-all.
