Great mock. I will be the first person to support the pick of Manny lawson and switching him to OLB being an NC State fan. He is really more of a 3-4 LB if he was switched but would be a beast playing it. Trueblood is also a great pickup.

I don't know enough about college football to really give an opinion - I'm only a casual fan.

But I personally would love to see us draft Darnell Bing - the safety from USC. I think he fills a big hole for us with Chavous leaving - even if Offord comes back, I don't think he's very good at all. And with Sharper getting on in his years, he might not be as strong, making the SS position very important to the Vikes. I really wanted us to draft Thomas Davis last year, and I see Bing as a kinda similar player as a big safety who had deliver the hits when needed and help in run support.

I don't agree with drafting a RB in the first round. With a decent O-line, someone like Mewelde Moore could succeed. I would much rather get a back in the third or fourth rd and concentrate on shoring up our O-line and our linebacker corps.

I actually love your late Round picks, but believe Clinton Solomon is going to go earlier then 6 and I thought Sam Cowarts 7th round pick, was last years 7th round pick?

I agree wholeheartedly with picking an RB with the first rounder (assuming that we don't pick up a STUD RB in FA)...the rest looks good in terms of needs although I don't know much about the rest of the guys you chose (and am not inclined to research them at this time).
