huoston? are they new?
;) looks good except for us taking Quinn... :'(
Re: MY Mock First Round Draft Day TOP 10
I like the fact you have us taking Quinn, however, a little explaination of your picks might help. Like why isn't Cleveland taking Quinn or Detroit taking CJ, or maybe even Raiders taking CJ. Not saying those should or would happen just like reasons for your choices so I can rip them apart mercilessly and feel better about myself. ;D ;D
Re: MY Mock First Round Draft Day TOP 10
Not sure I like the Quinn pick, but otherwise it looks good. I doubt Childress would give up on Jackson....either we keep Jackson or we get Quinn and release Jackson because I doubt we would have both on the same team for very long.
Re: MY Mock First Round Draft Day TOP 10
Drafting Quinn would be dumb.

I highly doubt we give up on Jackson before ever giving him a chance to prove himself.
Especially given what we gave up in order to make sure we got him last year.
I could see the Vikings trading down to someone who really wants Quinn if he falls to 7th.
Then we could draft a QB with one of our later picks like Drew Stanton or Trent Edwards to go along with Tavaris Jackson and allow both of them to develop side-by-side.
Giving us a fail-safe, and thus preventing the huge setback that plagues many teams when their supposed franchise QBs don't pan out.
Re: MY Mock First Round Draft Day TOP 10
Neph,
That is how I have my base draft.
Pretty hard to predict otherwise now, however, about a week before the draft I will post my two round mock.
I currently have a couple of moves in that one which includes us moving down after someone moves up to the 6th with the skins.
Again, good draft.
I, as with Desertvikingfan, like to see some rationale behind why you put the guys were you do.

I really can't tell you. Its just more based on how I view the players and there slots in the draft. I think its just that these players are how they rate on "my" board
being honest...
