hmm would rather see pagac(sp?) back to LB coach and singletary to DC.

This is the most logical move for not alienating a pretty good staff. Bringing in Singletary as LB coach is completely appropriate IMO. He has proven that being a HC is way out of his league, and, he has no Coordinator experience either. Stick to your plan Coach Frazier...like what I see so far.

That would be interesting. I have been a fan of Singletary ever since he retired.:P On one hand he just bombed with the niners but when he was with the Ravens he really did a great job as a LB coach so maybe this is something he can excel at.

I would love this move by Frazier if they are able to pull it off. As others mentioned, Singletary was a little in over his head as a head coach and has no coordinator experience. If there's one thing the guy knows, it's linebackers. He's a great motivator from all accounts but really wasn't a good personnel guy in San Fransisco, especially when dealing with offensive players (horribly mismanaged the quarterback situation there).

Interesting section:

The two talk at least once a week and don't hesitate to call each other at all hours of the night if something is on their mind. Their relationship is such that Frazier said he considers Singletary his brother.

"There is not enough time for me to tell you how much value and how much trust I have in him," Singletary said.

After all of the history, and the interview considered, its hard to see Singletary ending up anywhere else but Minnesota.

This would be fantastic for us I think. And even better if we land McDaniels also. Those kind of guys would earn instant respect because they have been at the top of the food chain.
I personally love the tweaks Pagac seems to be working on and think he will serve fine as thie DC ... So to have someone else so strongly defensive minded would be huge. To have Frazier, Pagac and Singletary brainstorming on defense you would have to think we could come up with a few cool things.
