I think he would be a good backup for who is left out there to get. He knows the system Childress will be running so how is that bad? And dont go saying he sucked last year, because the eagles as a team sucked last year.

It makes sense. He knows the system, and Childress knows him, plus Childress must think he can groom this guy into an effective QB. He won't cost us much money, and there is little out on the market to choose from.

The only other options would be to go after Seneca Wallace for a lot more money, or draft a QB that doesn't know anything about the WCO.

As for Wallace, he might be a gifted slashing runner, but thats about the end of his qualities for playing QB. He should be used more like a Randle-El on the field and forget the idea of playing under center.

I'll go out on the limb here.

What's so bad about McMahon? I think he's got potential. I said the same thing to my Lions loving friend years ago when they drafted Harrington.

I do remember one thing. He came out of nowhere and tore us up when he played the Vikes. I think it was his rookie season.
