McNabbs contract 1y/7m

This just in from Tom Pelissero of ESPN 1500.

@TomPelissero: McNabb's new contract with #Vikings is for one year and up to $7.25 million

Only a one year deal, i guess a bit surprising - but he will have to prove himself or else they think Ponder is just 1 year away from starting.

Hard to be upset with that. McNabb must have wanted out of Washington REALLY BAD.

I heard it was 5 million, not 7 million.

Edit: ok, so it's 5.05 million base salary. With incentives up to 7.25 million.
