Don't get me wrong - mad props to him, but there's a BIG difference between a 4.0 career GPA versus a semester!"ThorSPL" wrote:
Oh come on, give the guy SOME creditJust the semester GPA was 4.0, so keep that in perspective!
Lord knows I haven't achieved a 4.0 in any semester yet.
Both are accomplishments, one's just a LOT bigger!

Re: McCauley is THE MAN!!!
It seems to me, even though i could be reading it wrong, he's had a 4.0 throughout college, and in his final semester (hasn't been calculated yet) he still has a 4.0.
It's worded kind of weird.
"Johnson, we will keep on beating them until morale improves."

What was/is your major?
C-PepNSalt, I agree that it is worded badly, and could be interpreted either way.
Either way it is quite the accomplishment, and it shows that he can devote himself.Zeus wrote:
When are you going to realize that picking out the 20 bad throws this year and ignoring the 300 good ones does not make your point?

Re: McCauley is THE MAN!!!
Don't knock the dude...just finishing is a big accomplishment...considering that many college athletes never do!
Give the man his props...we aren't nominating him for a Nobel Peace Prize, just congratulating him for staying with it and making his family proud.
If MORE athletes were as dedicated, we wouldn't have to be dealing with all that thuggin' goin' on in pro sports right now!BANNED OR DEAD...I'LL TAKE EITHER ONE

Not the toughest of majors, but is is commendable to get a cumulative 4.0.
Not an easy task in any major.Get your facts first, and then you can distort them as much as you please. Mark Twain
