His skills would be waisted in a Tampa2 scheme.
The statement I want to see is the one where we win with the guys we draft and not the ones we overpay for in FA.

i was hoping we would try to trade for him last offseason, i think i remember possible talks about him being shopped but obviously, didnt happen. Ive got a real hard on for this guy and IDC what scheme we run or whatever, he will line up on the best WR and shut him down.

The scheme can be adjusted. Hell, Rex Ryan always ran more of a zone blitz type thing, but completely changed the way he did things to put opponents on "Revis Island."
Now ... the arguments that he is not worth the potential cap-hit and that he will be way overpriced, especially for his age, has some merit.
