Makes it easier to sign them on the cheap.

    Re: LB Glenn Re-signs

As I expected, Childress and co. are waiting for the big names to clear out so that they can pick up some bit players for next to no money. We've had 3 visits in the past few days and we signed one FA nd re-signed another one of our own. I expect us to bring in AT LEAST one more wide receiver before the FA period is over and maybe a few other CB's etc.

ciurciu and glenn should ensure that this season we have a far better special teams unit..both great signings

I'm happy with that he was agreat special teamer that we suffered losing when he got hurt last year and with 7 LBs under contract we don't have to worry about drafting them we can focus on other positions.
true its nice to have some depth at LB. But if there is someone there at a mid pick I would not be surprised if they take one.

    yeah i agree with THEBIGDADDY.
I think that the vikes will look after a MLB prospect in the later rounds.
Although, we definitely should be set on special teams kickoffs and punts.
Maybe we can hit some people and get some turn overs with these guys. You can never underestimate good special teams in the NFL these days.
true..our crappy coverage probably cost us a couple games last season..it certainly did cost us the 2nd bears game

Glenn also got some playing time last year and looked pretty good in coverage when he did.
