Later Round Safety; DJ Parker

If this is a double post I'm sorry.

I'm not a huge draft guru, but I've seen a couple of things on Virgina Tech's Saftey DJ Parker and he seems like a good guy to put under Sharper's wings as an heir apparent.
My question to the greater draft minds: Would this guy make for a good ball hawking safety?

Yeah I did some research on him, I think he would fit what we do defensivley, after watching this video of him I was impressed with his hip movement, speed and instincts. I also like his interview. One thing I don't like is his weight, the good thing is he played alot of injury free games for VT and he is strong for his size. With only a 29 inch verticle he doesn't have the best hops in the world, something that would help him with his size. I expect to take a safety in the draft, he could be the one.

I can't remember his weight, but if it is low I think he bulk up a bit over the next couple of years.
The only thing I don't know about his is how has he done on special teams since that would probably be what he would start off doing.
