Alot of McDaniels to Rams rumors coming from NFLN ... if the Rams current OC leaves town.

Who could blame him with Bradford and Jackson.

Leslie hopes to announce a decision tomorrow or Tuesday. Unless there have been discussions we don't know about it's looking like it'll be McDaniels if he says no to St. Louis, or Bevell as option 2.

Re: Josh McDaniels meeting with Vikings on Friday
This has gone on so long that I can't see it as a good thing if he is hired. I am not sure what the average time is for a coach to accept a job after an interview but this really has to be on the long side.
That being said I sincerely hope that Frazier is going to look at more than one alternative to Bevell before he makes a decision.

Re: Josh McDaniels meeting with Vikings on Friday
I haven't searched much about what Mc is doing
But he is a hot commodity.. Real good OC coordinator
Not alot of real good options.. He is probably best of the top free OC right now
So he is weighing his options from what i've read.. Seein what is available.. I personally think he will take the Rams job
he would love to work with Steven Jackson and Sam Bradford.. Couple WRs coming back from injury and im sure they will draft more talent on the O side of the ball.. He would work wonders there

Re: Josh McDaniels meeting with Vikings on Friday
I guess the lure of actually having a franchise QB was just too great.
It'll be interesting to see who they bring in for interviews now. Leslie needs to get on the phone with his 2nd and third choices!

http://www.startribune.com/sports/vikings/114182679.html?elr=KArksUUUhPi87EK_iaEYY_4Pc_yiiUFrazier's presumed top target for that position is no longer available. Former Denver Broncos coach Josh McDaniels agreed to become offensive coordinator for the St. Louis Rams after a crazy day of rumors. Frazier interviewed McDaniels for that same position on Jan. 7 and presumably had been waiting for McDaniels to make a decision.
The NFL Network reported Tuesday morning that McDaniels "likely" would choose the Rams. By midafternoon, several outlets reported that negotiations between the Rams and McDaniels had hit a snag and that the team had requested interviews with other possible candidates.
It's getting interesting. The coaching carousel seems to be in full effect this year.

Glad he went to another team really. Not that he isn't a good coach but I guess I was never really that sold on him.
