Yet another Rams D-lineman going somewhere else and playing on a pretty high level when he gets the chance. It's pretty amazing how the Rams keep investing picks at the DE and DT postion and are still going nowhere, while other teams get bargains in those players after they released them.
In the Rams defense, and the other teams that tried JK out in thier scheme, JK was the biggest problem he didn't succeed.

His attitude about not wanting to playing DT (he wanted to be a DE at this level) was his biggest knock.

Props to the Vikings staff, and to JK, for finally getting him to focus his efforts.
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg

    I didn't know that. Ty.

They do have a track record, though.

Jimmy Kennedy, Ryan Pickett, Damione Lewis, Adam Carriker, Chris Long.

The first 3 went on to have decently to very succesfull careers somewhere else. The 4th one is bound to blossom somewhere else as a 3-4 DE. The 5th one isn't exactly a bust, but he's pretty average and figures to be more of a LDE right now than a RDE. I wouldn't be surprised that he'd have a break-out season on the left side of a good D-line.

Great signing. I think he will continue to improve.

    Re:Jimmy Kennedy returns to Vikings

    Great news!

I was in Vegas for the weekend and didn't know we had re-signed him.

I think he will see more playing time this year and I think Pat will play a little less.

    Good move.
What we've got here is failure to communicate.
