Brown would be a tremendous long-term solution, assuming Uncle Matt wants large cash and Sully needs more grooming.

Hous could be a great mentor and compliment to Bernie, but, he'd need to keep his contract similar in size to BB's so as to avoid any ego issues. The question then becomes is he willing to 'settle' for Berne Dough (plus some change) for a shot at a ring.
