Re: Jason Whittle no longer a Viking
Well I guess they tried to low ball him.
There were talks, so it were not that they didn't want him to come back at all. Apparently Whittle just got a better offer in Toronto, I mean Buffalo.
Thanks to PPE for the sig.

Too Bad
Cant blame him low he did'nt much of an offer and Childress
gave Artus Hicks the starter last year without making him earn
it.

Whittle to Bills
Sean Jensen
Backup offensive lineman Jason Whittle quickly signed a one-year deal with the Buffalo Bills.
Agent Joe Linta said the Bills immediately expressed interest in Whittle.
Whittle will get paid $720,000 next season, and he also received a $40,000 signing bonus.
Meanwhile, Linta said tackle Mike Rosenthal, whom the Vikings cut Thursday, has received several inquiries and will take a week or so to explore his options.Get your facts first, and then you can distort them as much as you please. Mark Twain
