What would you do?
Keep Chiller and the squad for one more year, so you can fire him in 2010 and bring in Cowher, Shanahan, or Marty Shottenheimer?

p.s. More than likely with the departure of Sharper and Birk, things dont look good with an already beat up o-line. With Sharper gone and Tyrell coming in, he didnt look good yesterday, will we see more of the same?

If i was Zygi i would go vacation in the Bahamas and take the next 6 months relax... while flying out potential Free Agents...
I would allow Childress to stay and build off his current success as a .500 coach.
He should be able to eek into the playoffs and lay huge eggs for a couple more years before he's sent on his way.
I think his 9-year plan is working perfectly.
