How about stealing CC Brown from the Texans for a second rounder?

He has had three good seasons for Houston at strong safety...move Sharper to free safety...and spend the first round pick on an pure pass rusher.

If we can't get Williams from the Bengals, I'd be all for this.
I would rather see a vet back there with sharper than a rookie.
I would think its easier for a rookie end to catch on than a rookie safety.

    For a second rounder?
    Forget about it.

The value of picks has gone way up, and there is no way he's worth a second rounder...

I m like a Ja Rule poster, cause I'm off the wall.

I don't even want Williams, we're going to over pay for him.

I dont understand why most people want to add a veteran safety, when we should be trying to get younger back there, and draft a defensive end, when we are already young and need a veteran presence there. To me it makes the most sense to sign a good veteran receiver (which I think is obvious), and then sign a veteran end to replace Udeze, and finally draft a new young stud at safety like Kenny Phillips or Reggie Smith.

None of thee WRS will set the world on fire.
    BB is incosistant but fast.
    BJ is inconsitant but big
Porter is a walking ego that's never had more than a 1000 reciving
    Hackett - can't stay healthy.

    A Veteren DE?
Smith is the best available and will demand a 5 mill a year contract( not worth it)
The rest are overrated under performers

    Again,
We should trade up for Gholston, Draft Smith and user the rest of the picks to add a WR, TE, FB Qb and DT.

After the combine he had, Gholston will be the second player taken, only behind Chris Long. Do you have any idea what it would take to trade into the 2nd overall pick?

And by draft Smith, do you mean Reggie Smith? How in the world to you propose we both trade to the number 2 spot, and still have another first rounder to get Smith with. Also, unless Kleinsasser or Dugan is cut, we will not be needing another TE.
