T-Jack is going to be fine. Give him some time and WR's to throw to and he will not dissapoint.

I am not saying pro-bowler or MVP this year, but solid learning QB yes.

Young's pass percentage was still barely better then TJs after a full year then TJs was for his first four games.

Also remember Brad Johnson didn't do any better in the same situation as Tarvaris.
Take that however you will but he got gobbled up pretty quick in FA and got a 3 year deal.

I wouldn't blame it all on the QBs though.

I was thinking about the Vikes lack of QB depth, so I looked at other teams QB depth and a majority of teams have crap for depth at QB.
Granted most have a somewhat definitive and qualified starter but after that there is nothing.
    Take a look for yourself.

I hated on Bollinger for so long but now that I take a look at what he did with our offense against da Bears and NE, I have more confidence in him to lead the team if it comes down to it.

Between TJ and Bollinger I am not too concerned.
AP will make our qb's look WAY better! He can take it to the house from anywhere on the field.
Teams will really have to respect our running game.
Play action will be extemely effective! Go Vikes!!! I can't wait for this season to start.

Everyone can agree that the book is still out on Tavaris Jackson, right?
I wouldn't judge his future or potential on the few lame duck games he got in last season.
Now that he's the starter, he should be more physically and mentally prepared for the '07 campaign.

    And---Having A.
    Peterson and C.
Taylor in the backfield will greatly help with T-Jack's development.

I'm glad we didn't take Troy Smith, he's overrated!

I get the most pissed off looks from people with my VKG 4 LFE Wisconsin license plate, and I LOVE IT!!

    Re: future QB

he may be overrated, but are you saying he's not worth a 6th round pick?
he got scooped up 2 picks prior to the vikings 6th rounder.
if they picked him and he didn't pan out, then fine, its only a 6th rounder, but what if he did develop into a good starter?

Nobody rated him high for the draft.

But he was a good college QB.

    Re: future QB

    Alot of runners and WR's.
    Can we get a QB?

TJack is not going to cut it.
I was happy about him last year but after seeing him play.
He looks like he never played football before.

When they asked him if he was ready, he didn't seem that excited.
I think all 3 QBs will be playing sometime next year.
Not good if you ask me.
    Can we sign another?

    Here is a idea.
Bring Trent Green in here for a few years and let him teach the kids how to play QB.
Maybe that would help a little.

No Troy Smith we don't need another inexpeirenced QB we already have 3 of them. We should of got Matt Moore instead of Thigpen though...
