Good.
I was skeptical of him at first, but I think he is very good in the run blocking role.Zeus wrote:
When are you going to realize that picking out the 20 bad throws this year and ignoring the 300 good ones does not make your point?

Re: Ferguson to sign 1 year deal
For a 4th or 5th WR, I think he earned that with last year's performance.
A 1yr deal sounds about right.
If the Vikings would happen to draft a WR in the first few rounds, does that mean that Allison is odd man out or do you carry 6 WR's on the roster which I would highly doubt.

It would mean that Allison is the odd man out.
I can't think of who else to cut.
They won't cut Wade, because they've invested alot in him and he's proven to be at least adaquate.
The won't cut Rice, as he's shown he oculd be a playmaker for years to come.
They won't cut Berrian for obvious reasons and now they won't cut fergy because they just resigned him.
This leaves Allison looking for work.
They may try to slip him to practice squad, but he'll most likely get scooped up by another team.

That is why I just don't see us drafting a WR, unless it is one deep in the draft for practice squad fodder.Zeus wrote:

It's good to see him resign. I hated it last year but he is growing on me. Can't wait to see what him, Berrian, Rice, and Wade can do!

Re: Ferguson to sign 1 year deal
Dumb move.
No other team wanted him and i don't want a blocking receiver, I want a talented receiver can block.
Again with the bargin basement shopping. Why didn't they bring in pinkston or McCullen, while they were at it.
