    Re: FA Signings so far

I still think we're gonna make a very strong bid for Jutch or we'll fill that position with the draft.
I think a lot of our O line problems came because we were always changing things and no one really got familiar with their assignments. I think you will see this year under a new coaching staff a line that is put together from the get-go and learns their plays well. This is why I see this FA and upcoming draft as so important that we get good, solid players, not a super star that tries to do it all and can't behind just an average line.
Wilf says we're gonna upgrade there and I have to believe him.
I think he's been saving the bucks for Hutch.

I agree with PAVikesfan on this. C. Taylor is a good pick-up if he can provided longevity to a RB we draft in the first round. I think it probably rules out Lendale White because you don't need two bruisers but it maybe a nice combo if we pick up either DeAngelo Williams or Laurence Maroney. As far as comparing Leber to Napo, what is the age difference? I was under the impression that Leber is younger than Napo was when we came. So maybe we will get solid, not spectacular, production from him for a number of years. I would be happy with that. I'm very happy we kept K-Rob, I think he is going to be a BIG threat once we get the new offense installed. Longwell is the only one that I'm not real sure about. It's not that he isn't a good kicker but there were some better kickers to be had.

I see us taking Ernie Sims in the first round of the draft now.

Man i would love to get Jutch. he could really do well in our system.

i think as long as they seriously work on the Oline through FA and Draft we should be good. i agree we need guys who can do one position and stay there throughout the season. if that can happen then i see Taylor having a great year running the ball.
