Re: Everything's New at Vikings Camp

Del Rio and I were discussing Harris in a thread a while back and how he is better at the outside linebacker position but it doesnt sound like he will get the chance to start there... Also read on Star Tribune that Smoot looks ripped since he hit the gym all offseason

-Johnson moved well in rollout situations and made many good reads including a long pass down the sideline to WR Ryan Hoag.
-Johnson's lone mistake was a pass intercepted by Fred Smoot.
-Mike McMahon had passes that sailed long.
-McMahon tucked the ball and ran a few times with some success.
    -J.T. O'Sullivan saw limited action.

So, anyone got anything new to report? :banghead:

    He's a bit frustrating, isn't he? :cussing:

I just hope that he can learn from Johnson and develop some poise in the pocket. From what I've seen, he tends to tuck and run way too early. I can't wait until the draft to see who the successor to Johnson will actually be. McMahon will be serviceable as backup, but that's it.
    I am a dipshit!!!
