So - based upon two lines in an article you have concluded that it was the extra-added weight that caused his knee injury?Very intersesting read Singer.
Thanks.
I hate it when I read this stuff. It's not like Henderson was foreign to linebacker. He played it in high school as well and quickly embraced the role for the Terps packing on some 30 pounds over two years going from a 206-pound freshman to a 236-pound junior.
Though he missed the 2005 campaign with a torn ACL,
Its sad when you think about how many players actually wind up adding to much weight to thier frame.
Anyway, good luck in the draft Erin.

Re: Erin Henderson (OLB) - E.J.'s younger brother
I like this move. Hope it works out for him. With Dontarrius gone, I'm assuming Pope, EJ and Rufus are battling for that spot. I'm assuming Farwell (who we resigned for another year - Yay!) and Circiu have the other two backup LB positions locked up.
Halo 4. Start another fight.

All this talk about Erin makes me wonder how healthy Rufus really is.I was watching ESPN a few days ago, Mel Kiper and Todd Mcshay were asked which undrafted free agent will make the most impact.
Todd Mcshay answered "Erin Henderson".
Not sure how much merit he has, but it peaked my interest.

no wonder he has had injury problems-wow.
I know I had a lot of back problems when i put on that much weight for football and it is really hard on your knees too.
