I like this move. Hope it works out for him. With Dontarrius gone, I'm assuming Pope, EJ and Rufus are battling for that spot. I'm assuming Farwell (who we resigned for another year - Yay!) and Circiu have the other two backup LB positions locked up.

I really hope both rufus and erin make the team. both should very special teamers and can provide valuable depth.

no wonder he has had injury problems-wow.
I know I had a lot of back problems when i put on that much weight for football and it is really hard on your knees too.

you can also ask david boston about adding weight too, didnt work out too well for him either
