Speed is more important than size.

I was checking out a bunch of mock draft boards that have been done int he last few days and they have it about 50 / 50 that DeAngelo will be gone by the 17th pick.
What we've got here is failure to communicate.

And field vision is more important than both.

Am I the only one who thinks this post was meant to be funny? I laughed.

Anyway, My bet is we move up to take A.J. Hawk. One of the big 3 quarterbacks is a possibillity, but I'm a little leary of all of them. I mean Jay Cutler has been so hyped up, he HAS to be a bust.

Either way, we'll be using those extra second and third round picks to move up. With all of our FA signings, we're running out of holes to fill.

Besides, a RB would not be the right move. Chester Taylor is a good back. There's a reason Baltimore was aggressively trying to resign him and not Jamal Lewis. We stole him from them (seems to be the theme of our off-season so far).

I would rather have a stud LB than a RB anyday. I just don't think you get the same milage out of a RB than a LB. If there is another Urlacher in this years draft..........just think of the possibilities.
You probably get similar milage because most linebackers aren't consistent producer until season 2 or three, whereas RBs can come in and instantly make an impression.

I m like a Ja Rule poster, cause I'm off the wall.
