Re: Daunte Culpepper hires agent to try NFL comeback

Before we get too excited, this is the UFL that a former NFL QB is playing in. Second Daunte was an all right QB, he benefited by havin C.C., Moss, to throw to. He could throw the deep ball pretty good. But we all know how well he read defenses, not very well. Could he still be a backup somewhere, im sure he could. Most of the long throws in video looked to me like receiver had to stop and wait for ball, didnt see too many that were in stride. just my observations...

Daunte Culpepper says he can still throw the ball 75 yds and squat 500 lbs.

    Thanks for that, nice watch.

He looks in good shape, he should certainly get a job somewhere in the NFL, many teams have worse back-ups then Pepp.
Backups?? hell some teams have worse starters cough Seattle cough
Time spent annoying a Packer fan is never time wasted...

"Squat" is probably a word Pep should not use when talking about himself. :P

I'm not opposed to getting him again.

    As a backup to Ponder.

Pep can come back, woo Moss out of retirement and get his roll on.

the man could throw a deep ball with the best of them.

Unless the game was on the line. Then he would either fumble it away or throw it away.
Why must you defend everything this FO does....to the point of making your self look like a yes man.

I was in the building that last time Culpepper got his role on. It was against the saints and I was 18 years old. I am now almost 24. You do the math
    We're bringing purple back.
