I think he will be there, you dont... fine with me
Truth be told, all 3 are slated/projected as 1rst round picks and not much between the three of them if you really look at it from a standpoint of LB vs S's.

    10. LB Keith Rivers, USC
    36. CB/S Reggie Smith, (JR) Oklahoma
    43. S Kenny Phillips (JR), Miami

You are basically proving my point for me.
If Rivers were to slip down to 17, then i could see the Vikes drafting him since he very well could be the BPA.
A guy being slated to be drafted somewhere around the 10-12 range falling to 17 is not the same as a top 3 player falling that far.

Bottom line is, Cincy needs help on their DL and i could see Buffalo drafting WR or OL.
If Rivers made it past Denver, which may be a stretch, then he could be available at 17.
In any case, i am personally rooting for either Smith or Phillips as we need youth at S.

Lol, I'm not hoping for Rivers.
IF you actually read my post, you would see that i want smith or phillips at 17.
Both of whom will be available according to your mock drafts that you hold so near and dear to your heart.
