i just went to the vikings offical and it says FA starts in a day and a hour, so that would be almost saturday, does it start tommorow at 12:01 am or not?

It was delayed for damn good reason, i really didn't want to go to an uncapped salary, not cool.

The cap makes the NFL competitive.

FA is not the valuable to us anymore. Just about every team in the NFL is under the cap now with the increase in the cap, and there will be a lot less stars available will be my guess.
