Our # 1 would be a 4th dstringer on the Bengals. Not good.
What are you talking about? I was discussing our WRs. Our #1 is no 4th stringer.

    Re: On the Clock: Vikings

    Lets get things out..
Grossman is not as bad as people make him out to be.
He is a top 15 QB when he's on his game.
He is inconsitant when he doesn't have a run game. Guess what the bears decided to trade their best RB last year( thank you god). Grossman is better than TJ.

Secondly, Palmer looked terrible last year when defenses did not have to worry about RUdi" no hammies" johnson. Wason stepped in but was incosistant. I think it's clear to say that BB is not better than Chris Henry. Chris is taller goes up and gets the ball and has better hands. BB may..keyword...may be faster.

Teams that our # 1 will be on the bench for

    Chargers - Vincent and Chambers
    Seahawks - Branch, Burlson, Engram
    Rams - Holt, Bennett
    Cardinals - Fits, Boldin
    Steelers, Holmes, Ward
    Bengels - Hous and CJ
    Browns- Edwards and Stallworth
    Lions - CJ and Williams
Greenbay - Driver and Ferge (I know wait and see what they do without Farve)
    Pats - Moss and Walker
    Jets - Coles and Cotch
    Colts - Harrison and Wanyne

    Pushes
    Texans
    Saints

Please excuse me while i drink the shame of this lis away.

Nope, I am glad we got BB. Please it's not a knock on him. He is a solid # 2. I was responding to comment about us being set at WR and not needing 1.
Truth remain we don't have a very good NFL receiving corps. We have talented wrs but not a corps that I would say is good enough to win the superbowl with. Sometimes the Vikings motto of good enough isn't...well...good enough.

They make you laugh but you didn't back up your statment.
Houston has Johnson( i know you aren't arguing there) and Davis/ Walter. Both are very talented WR( don't know who will start as they both came on strong. Walter has 800 yards and 65 touches(similar to BB's 71 and 900) Like I said push. Davis will only coninue to ge better( was hurt last year but still racked up 600 yards numerous KRs and 100 yard games)

I thought about Jennings and said Ferge.
    ; )
    I don't think Bennet

    Re: On the Clock: Vikings

so u think kevin walter is equal to bernie berian?

and with u stating that we dont have a good wr core, why not compare the top 3/4 WRs to some other teams 3/4 WRs, that would have been the smarter thing to do instead of comparing berian to everyone else
