Are you serious?
The reasons I can say these things is because I love this team.
That quote ranks up there with "I hit her because I love her".

You're an extremely negative person as of late...not sure what the deal is there.

There is a reason that his avatar says The Lost Vikings!
It was one of my favorite games growing up as a kid. Videogames and football....why not combine both. No hidden message.
Well this is not a video game or high school football. None of th guys in the draft our good enough to be our #1 this year. Rice has the potential. We do not need another young guy. We have enough on offense. We signed the best FA WR. What more do you want? Tell us who you want as our #1?
I told you already.... it's on page 5 or 6....
As for the guys in the draft. For you to say no one in the draft has the talent to be a # that's ludacris( the rapper). I think Kelly or Sweed has # 1 written all over them.
Would i draft them? nope! We have bigger needs. Are we "set" at Wr. nope
we can all improve the WR position, I mean come on Ferge is our # 4.
We can always improve any position. I want to see what these guys can do before you count them out. You honestly think Kelly or Sweed are going to come in and light it up. Please these guys are no Randy Moss.
I belive that they will come in and have solid rookie seasons 400+ 4-5 tds.
I think within 2 years they will be studs. It depends on what team they go to. If they fall to the cowboys or a team crowded at Wr, i don't expect much from them. However, i think the top two WR prospects are probally safe bets to be viable # 1.
So how does that solve our #1 this year. You are not making sense. Rice had those kind of stats his rookie year. Why can't he develop into the #1?
The broken record...
1 more times from the top fellas.

1) I never said I would draft a WR to fix our WR woes.
2) I responded to a statment saying we are set at WR.
3) I have already detailed what I would do. Please review he thread( page 5 me thinks)

Rice maybe a #1
Sweed Maybe be a #1
Kelly maybe a # 1
None of that changes the fact that....we don't have a # 1
All I got from that page was some guy named BJ.

He was also on a team with no true # 1.
It's not like he was Gonzales and was stuck behind Harrison and Wayne. Again if you think 400 and 4 is something to break out the Crystal glasses then go ahead and pop those bottles. I however, are a bit realisic. It's a solid start but lets wait before we crown him a pro bowler.
So - you call constantly bitching and whining and moaning being realistic?
Thanks for your addition to the thread. Can you show where I am bitching and moaning?
I address a point that we are set at WR. Just because we have 5 bodies doesn't mean we are set.

It's the jump passes. I can't stand them. It's like going to work in a clown outfit, ( and not being a clown of course )
it just makes you stand out and look foolish. gol 'darnit it jackson, stop jump passing.

However, I will no longer be critical of him until the end of the season.

Can you imagine the calls for TJ's head if we draft Brohm?

Nobody understands you because most feel we have major concerns at DE and maybe OT. WR is not a concern at this point!
Read above....proceed to put your foot in your mouth.
The foot should be in your mouth if you think RB is more pressing than WR!
Nope we have
AD and CT. Hicks has never ever taken more than 100 carries. In the times he has had more than 100 yards rushing he has never played a full season. He's a great special teamer but RB is an issue to be address late in the draft.
Not a concern for me.

I've had my eye on him for quite some time now and got pretty excited when I saw he was on the Vikes "visit list".

This kindof stuff worries me though.......

NFL Network's Mike Mayock reports that both of Oklahoma WR Malcolm Kelly's knees "are of such concern" that he may be removed from some teams' draft boards in April.

The key word there is some. Not the 49ers, Cowboys, or Eagles who will all address this need in the first round. Leaving us shit out of luck for Kelly or Sweed in the second round.

Where did I say that we are taking a WR in the first round. Where have I suggested we do that. Please point it out to me... In my break down on how I would improve our corps... I signed BJ and didn't draft anyone.

Hey Kevon, does it feel like you are in a circle jerk and your the pivot man or a shark feeding frenzy and your lunch.

Way to stick to your guns my friend.

Jesus Christo, must i speak Udo to get you gues to understand me?
Show me ONE positive thing you've written in the past month.
He's OK sometimes.

Is that supposed to be showing positive comments about the Vikings?

I tell you what. I'm a big TJ fan. I want him to do well and I think I have picked on him unfairly.
It's the jump passes. I can't stand them. It's like going to work in a clown outfit, ( and not being a clown of course )
it just makes you stand out and look foolish. gol 'darnit it jackson, stop jump passing.

However, I will no longer be critical of him until the end of the season.
Every butterfly was once a caterpiller.

Can you imagine the calls for TJ's head if we draft Brohm?

Mar 21st. Does this count? Considering tha majority of my post are about the draft.

We will not draft a QB or WR in the first round period!
