Why? Just cause I wanted a DT doesn't mean I don't like the pick.

Try twisting something else my friend.

On a side note, as Vikes_King said, the secondary is looking deep. Just another reason we didn't need to take a CB that high.
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg

Surely you're not implying that a pass from TJack is any less accurate or on-the-money than one from Favre?!?!..

Cook definitely has been playing very well in training camp.. but I'll wait and see what he can do in the preseason as well.

He has had a couple good plays against Berrian, but most of his INTs have came either off of covering nobody WR's with Rice & Harvin sitting out or off of awful throws by Webb and Sage. Either way, he's been getting noticed.

We have a lot of young talent at CB and a lot of competition, definitely a good thing. Winfield & Griffin if healthy are the expected starters, although Winfield could be moved to nickle to keep him fresh. Either way they both have a spot, then you add Sapp (when healthy) who showed a lot of improvement last year, 2nd year Asher Allen (who I personally think could be a great corner for years), Cook, and Sheppard, I expect our backfield to be the best its been in recent years. Not that that's saying too much..
Yeah, I keep hearing that Cook looks much better than Sheppard but most of the time Cook has been dealing with throws from Sage and Webb to receivers that won't make the team and Sheppard has been dealing with precise accuracy and bullets from Tarvaris Fox Jackson.
    Skol Vikings! Go Cubs!

Yes, an aging Winfield, First-year in the system Lito and Sapp give me a warm fuzzy feeling all over.

On a side note, anybody remember Ronyell Whitaker?

Many things got thrown when he was on the field.

He's being moved to right corner and will get the start Saturday night.
I can't wait to see what he can do.
