Childress impressed with center John Sullivan
Childress likes what he sees at minicamps
The Vikings coach knows nothing is certain until the season starts, but said he believes this team will be his best since he arrived before the 2006 season.

I would certainly hope that he would feel that way.
Re: Childress impressed with center John Sullivan
So I hope this doesn't tick off Birk.

Or Marrdro. I think the big lug had his heart set on Mozes being the new center.

First, who cares what Birk thinks.
He is gone after this year..... ;D
Second, my point on Mozes was that there was no need to take a Center high in the draft cause they already had a kid sitting on the bench (Mozes) that the staff liked and was highly touted by the guys on Sirius.
Go back and read my posts....Since they brought in Sullivan I have liked what I have seen coming out of the staff on him.
Mozes/Sullivan, makes no difference to me.
I just want to have a guy ready when Birk leaves (or goes down)......
Remember, I don't get to wrapped around the axel on players......
Its all about the team.
;D
Re: Childress impressed with center John Sullivan
The new Marrdro just isn't as easy to pull his chain. I like that we have some young guys developing for the eventual replacement of M. Birk.

Yeah no doubt either guy should be capable, the bottom line a upgraded replacement would be nice. Given we drafted Sullivan I expect him to be the center piece. You never know though, Mozes has got the opportunity to be with the team and work the class room and weight room. Either way I look for an upgrade and it is all about the team, instead to one guy behind Birk now we have two and the better player will play in order to make the team better.

Once, just once, I wish there was an article: "Childress finds his player to be fat and out of shape."
Oh wait, that happenned. That guy went to the Pro Bowl.
These articles mean didly squat.

LOL, you do crack me up my friend.
Gotta love the Chiller and Phat Pat has been on a tear since that happened.
I predict a big big year for the big boy this year.
