"I can tell you there were about 750-plus players on our draft board," Spielman said at a predraft news conference. "We are very stringent on the medical and character part. We had probably close to 90 of that 750 that will totally be off our draft board because of the standards coach (Brad) Childress has set on what type of player he wants in this organization."
Spielman wouldn't divulge names or say how many of the affected players are projected first- or second-round picks.
"But I will tell you there are some players in the first day that we do have off our draft board," he said, "that we thought very highly of as players."

It's not really surprising that they have 'red flaged' some of the players.
So the fact is that they have 90 players that they will not select at all. I think it's important for them to come out and say that - according to the new policy - I don't know however if it's a lot according to what amount of players you'd usually rule out. Remember it's out of 750 players where usually only around 250 players are actually drafted
