I had a chance to talk to wide receiver Sidney Rice the other day. Rice talked about his recovery from a right knee injury, his offseason workouts in Miami, his goals for next season, the arrival of Percy Harvin and his new blog and twitter. Here is some of what he said:

i caught up with him too, playing basketball with him a few times at lifetime
;D.. he looks good said the leg is good, he has bulked up too he looked a lot bigger than he was.

I'm not feeling too good about him having an injury from 8 months ago still causing him pain

hey i still like the kid
he's a great red zone threat
i mean he's been in the league only two seasons and has 8 TDs
not bad compared to some former Carolina player we had (williamson)
and yeah being injured limited his playing time and only had 15 receptions for 4 TDs but thats a TD every 3.75 catches so id love to see any reciever have that catch to TD ratio any time.

he is a monster but from everywhere, i guess he was all state 2 years in a row

I hope he gets to 100% and takes his chance to prove himself this season.. with the attention on AD, BB, and Harvin, it may be hard to grab headlines, but with defenses focusing on them, he should be a valuable endzone threat - we need to put his size and leaping to use.

What do you guys play? Hopefully you guys are pretty athletic and good at basketball otherwise it would seem that whoever has Rice on his/their team would dominate.
