yeah...I still say give O-Smith one more chance. The guy is good. Lets say he rushes for 1K yards (Taylor gets hurt, god forbid), then everyone will be sayin' "I'm so glad we kept him". Lets see if SOD got his head outta the gutter. After all, Koren got a 2nd chance in the NFL

If OS didn't get his head out of the gutter, he should have his head examined.... I hope he as been working out like a madman to get ready for his return. If he comes in out of shape, he will get cut right away.

    Thanks Lotza!

    Link to the article please!

All I've read is if the league clears Smith to return, Childress will talk with Smith & then make his decision.

    Found this on Yahoo Sports:

Update: Smith (drug suspension) is eligible for reinstatement by the league next month and the Vikings say they will welcome back to the team. "The way this coaching staff responds to players, this would be the right environment for him to move his career forward," owner Zygi Wilf told the St. Paul Pioneer Press. "But all that's subject to his reinstatement."

The man who says he CAN'T and the man who says he CAN are BOTH right.

If they plan on welcoming him back, they must know more about him & his mental & physical condition than we do.
