    Re: Brief PEP news 3/13/06

Why are we getting rid of culpepper?

    1.) Is it his knee?
    2.) He played like crap?
3.) Bj outplayed him and should start?
4.) Pepper doesnt fit our west coast system?
    5.) Love boat?
6.) His wife's reaction to the love boat?
    7.) His high contract?
8.) His desire for a better contract?
9.) His prickish email to the media?

I say trade him for a compensation pick. That way there is no preasure on us or them for someone getting screwed
we get a 3rd if nothing happens
we get a 2nd if he plays 8 games
we get a first if he plays 15 games
we get 2 1sts if he throws for 3500

I don't think DC will ever see a Superbowl. He has too much to learn at the QB position IMO, and not enough time.

I imagine he wants to play in MIAMI though, so he can live in Florida. This would be a good move for Culpepper.

The Vikings won't let teams do medical evaluations before trading for Culpepper, which hurts his stock

Hmmm, this makes me think that Pep is hurt worse than we are being lead to believe...

I hate how people say Brad played good... He really didn't.. He barley threw any TD's.. Sure he didn't turn it over but doesn't reallt matter when we aren't scoring points anyway from his play

if we can bundle him with a pick (3rd rounder?) for a miamis 1st rounder that would be great

then we could trade those 2 first rounders for a higher pick and pick up AJ Hawk

Kinda like when people say Culpepper can play without Moss because of 5 games without him........5 games......where DC played and put up stats.....almost just like Brad Johnson....

    LMFAO!!!

I don't think you can understate the injury of 3 torn ligaments. Reports say that he is a head of schedule which could be what is misleading.

Why would the Dolphins win a SB with Pepp when we couldn't? IMO, we have more to offer than the Fins do. We had alot more offensive fire power than the Dolphins did or do.

I think it is premature to say they will win a SB with him.. They need alot more than an overrated QB coming off of serious knee surgery to win the big one...

It could have not been said any better

Yah Pep was learning to play with a crappy coordinator.. and without Moss..

He also played D's 10 times better then the ones Brad played...

I don't want to argue though..

I don't care if we keep Pep or not.. But I want to keep him
