    Is Brian Griese an option?

I know nobody else is discussing him, but he was released by Tampa Bay, so he is in the open market. Just a thought. I'd like to hear what people have to say about this.

Welcome to the forums! I don't know if I would want us to sign him. Maybe for a backup or something but I would rather have Drew Brees.

If you could get him on the cheap I wouldnt be sad. He isnt the answer but neither is BJ. We would need to get someone in the draft, I'm thinking 3rd round to learn but he would be a backup if we got him in here.

for a one year deal to compete with johnson for the starting job..it would be a good pickup under those circumstances..either way we all look at it, somebody is going to have to be signed to back up BJ or else take his job, so signing somebody like griese to a one year deal or something like that would be a good idea for us
People who see life as anything more than pure entertainment are missing the point.
