Couple of other tidbits in here i.e.

STILL LOOKING: Broncos guard Cooper Carlisle still doesn't know where he'll be playing, having gone two weeks into free agency without signing.

Carlisle, a starter the past two-plus seasons with Denver, previously visited Seattle. Tampa Bay, Houston and Cleveland also are candidates to become his new playing home, and he hasn't ruled out a return to the Broncos.

Is there a reason the Vikes aren't looking at this guy. I know we need to replace Hicks and Denver uses a zone blocking scheme, so it's seems like fit?? ???
Do you think BC already has a plan to move Johnson over and play Cook at RT therefore eliminating the need to go get a guy to replace Hicks?
I thought they WERE looking at him?

I still think it is stupid that we zone block at all.

    Re: Available receivers

I'm surprised by that as well...most zone blocking teams use lighter, faster guys, and, we've got one of the biggest, baddest lines in the game?
HOPEFULLY, a year into the new scheme will work wonders for all of them!

I still feel like we need another veteran WR...Travis Taylor would be fine.
    Maybe Moulds?
    Stokely???
    Gage?
    McCardell??? Warrick??
    Boerigter??
As long as we don't break the bank on the signing bonus, we can still cut them if we've really got younger guys that look better...?

    Anybody else out there?
Teams with enough WRs to trade one perhaps??

I guess, if we're only going to throw it to RBs and TEs, we don't need WRs????
