The great thing about finishing with the 3rd pick is that you are going to have your choice of Kalil, Claiborne, or Blackmon (depending on St. Louis) as well as teams wanting to trade up IF Matt Barkley declares.
Both Washington and Miami will want him and with new ownership/head coach in Jacksonville they very well may decide that Blaine Gabbert isn't their guy.

Bad news:
Source: OT Matt Kalil "set to return" to USC - CBSSports.com
Still hope he declares and comes here, however if not, we should target Morris Claiborne from LSU or Justin Blackmon from Okie State

The bowl ban is already "lifted." They do not have a postseason ban next year. So, it is definitely possible that Kalil and Barkley return to school, especially since Kalil has already been hinting at it.
They would likely be the National Championship favorites heading into the season as well. I would still be shocked if Barkley and Kalil come back knowing that both are locks to go in the Top 10, but kids have been going back to school quite a bit lately.

It appears from the handful of Mock Drafts that are out there, everyone thinks Kalil will be a Viking should he remain in the draft.
Also, it seems that a bunch of them think we will go with the guard out of Iowa State in the second round.
I would definitely be all right with this.

All credibility from Walterfootball was lost with this one:
2013 mock draft
32 St. Louis Rams: Isaiah Johnson, FS, Georgia Tech
2012 NFL Mock Draft selection: Zach Brown, OLB
The Rams win the Super Bowl in this scenario, which I think is very realistic. Sam Bradford will be in his third year, and he'll have a great defense to support him.
One of the weaker areas in that stop unit, however, is the safety position in the wake of O.J. Atgowe's departure.

Walterfootball often has some terrible takes.. I mostly use his site for the mock draft database they have.
