pooh I wouldn't have given Montana, Rice, Marino, Unitas,Payton, Sanders, any of them $100 Million.
Thats crack prices.
To give Haynesworth that is complete LUDACRIS.
Have fun with that fat jiggly butt contract Redskins.
Your done with Free Agency for quite some time.
Or until the uncapped year comes up.
Maybe they're bankin on that.

Note*
They also just spent $54 million to re-sign DeAngelo Hall.
That is why the Redskins end up being over the cap every year and are forced to cut players by the assload.
Albert may be good but he is not that good alone.
He had a very good supporting cast around him with the Titans.
I believe this was a huge mistake by the redskins.

Not arguing he might have been overpaid a bit, but your comparisons are just silly.
Those players played in a different time, do you understand how much money someone like Tom Brady would get if he hit the open market?
It's like saying it's a travesty that *insert baseball player* is making so much more than Ken Griffey Jr. did back in the 90s.
The revenues and deals are so much different.
Plus if those players who don't deserve that money didn't get it, you know who would profit?
The owner, so instead of players getting the money a bunch of old foggies who many don't care about their "investment" in many sports would just have some more coins to add to their scrooge mcduck pools.

Titans seek tampering evidence against Redskins

By Jim Wyatt • THE TENNESSEAN • March 7, 2009

Can the Titans come up with enough evidence against the Redskins to make a good case to NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell? That's the big question.
