9 picks in the draft

The Vikings have 9 picks in the 2008 draft.

We have two picks in the 6th round (Troy Williamson trade) and two in the 3rd round, but I can't remember how the Vikings got two 3rd round picks in this year's draft.

Anybody knows?

I just saw yesterday the Vikes have 9 picks.
I thought they might use some of the picks to move up in the draft.

Two things.

1.
I don't think we have 9 picks.
We gave up a 6th last year and got one back from the Twill trade.

2. Extra 3rd round pick this year came from Spielman (not the Chiller) moving down last year in the draft.

Our picks should look like this for a total of 8.
